Early in his legal career Craig Crossman (the founder of CK CROSSMAN & CO) was unhappy with the service he received on both occasions he transferred his personal property. Backed by his wife, he was inspired to establish a law firm that puts the client first and understands the demands, pressures and various deadlines all parties in a property transaction face.

We understand that the purchase or sale of real estate is an extremely important matter and often the parties involved have very little experience therein. Our goal is to effectively transfer our client's property while maintaining a clear line of communication and always remaining available.

We have purposely kept our firm small, to provide our clients with a direct one-on-one line of communication.

By not having large offices or unnecessary administrative staff we really manage our fixed costs. The benefit of low costs means we have a "quality not quantity" approach that further enables us to be truly available to our clients.

While we are based in the Western Cape, we are however able to provide property law services in any area of South Africa through a carefully selected network of legal firms.

We combine the resources, experience and skills of a large firm with the personal service and hands-on attention that only a small firm can provide.
